If ordering through our bank, call or contact us in person. Information we will need: account number, check style and color, check starting number, and any updates to your address or names on the check imprint

  • Adding a party on my account
    • Give our bank a call at 218-681-4020 or stop by and we will talk it over with you. Items we may need include current driver’s license, social security number, and a secondary form of identification of party being added- if they are not an existing customer of ours. We need the existing party on the account to approve the changes in person.
  • Change an address or name
    • Give us a call or stop by our bank to change your address. If changing a name, we need evidence of legal name change.

Please visit with us personally to open an account. If you are not a current customer, items we may need include a current driver’s license or passport, social security number, secondary form of identification, and initial deposit.

Contact bank as soon as unrecognized or fraudulent charges on account are suspected. If after hours, call 800-472-3272 to report the lost/stolen card.

Give our bank a call at 218-681-4020 or stop by to speak with us. If stopping payment on a check, items we may need include check number, date check was written, payee, and dollar amount of check. A one-time processing fee will be assessed for completing the stop payment request.

If stopping an automatic payment, items we may need include dollar amount of transaction, and next expected date of automatic payment. A one-time processing fee will be assessed for completing the stop payment request.
